What began almost 40 years ago as a means to reproduce our first golden, Rusty Jason, has grown into a lifetime vocation. I purchased a female pup from Torch Flinn, Tigathoe's Morning Mist, and very quickly realized that she was 100 times the quality of old Rusty. I began breeding to better studs, always under Torch's guidance, and here I am today. The Adirondac line of goldens has been painstakingly bred to maintain the golden retriever's traditional ability for hunting, obedience and companionship. If you examine the thread back through our pedigrees, you'll find our dogs today are direct decendants of Tigathoe's Morning Mist. We've bred three parralel lines of bitches and can now use males with Adirondac ancestors to breed our current dams. Perhaps we can make history repeat itself. A limited number of pups are available each year to selected owners. Preference given to working homes.
